As part of our commitment to support working mothers and ensure that 100% of our workforce have access to comprehensive nutrition programmes, we have installed two new lactation pods in our office and factory in Cameroon. These self-contained units provide working mothers with a clean, comfortable, and private space to express and safely store breast milk while at work. This is part of a slew of initiatives aimed at supporting female employees in Cameroon. Others include breastfeeding support programmes and wellness programmes that offer free MRI tests for women to aid in the fight against breast cancer. https://lnkd.in/g5qq7Fm7 Partheeban Theodore Veeresh Mallikarjun Hiremath Ashu Ma-Mbeng Success Briginette Abega, CHRP/CHRM
