📣 Project Update – South Moons Moat, Redditch Goodrich is thrilled to announce Practical Completion of our South Moons Moat project in Redditch for Mileway! 🎉 The 39,502 sq ft building has earned an EPC A rating and a Very Good BREEAM certification. The space will be divided into 6 individual units, which will be leased to tenants who will tailor their units for business operations.
