We've topped out! 🏗️ We are proud to announce this significant milestone in the delivery of 199 new homes at Trafford’s newest neighbourhood, Lumina Village, which we are delivering on behalf of valued client Glenbrook The ‘topping out’ milestone has seen the development’s five and seven-storey residential blocks reach their highest point in the build programme. This development will compromise of 146 new build apartments spanning two separate blocks, one of which will also comprise retail space on the ground floor. A further 53 new townhouses are also being built, taking the total property count to 199 new homes. Yorkshire Emerging Hotspots Conference 📍 Yesterday, our Yorkshire & North East Regional MD, Steve Ford, spoke at the 'Yorkshire Emerging Hotspots Conference hosted by Place Yorkshire. Steve was part of a panel which explored the important question: "What makes an area ready for regeneration and development?" The conversation gave insights on the regions next regeneration areas and the role of strategic planning in shaping the future of Yorkshire's communities. We have broken ground on an amazing new project to bring 50 new affordable homes to Wakefield on behalf of Wakefield Council and WDH 🏡 Less than 3 miles from our head office in Wakefield, this development will see our team work in partnership with our colleagues at Caddick Civil Engineering who will also deliver remediation and groundworks for the development. We are thrilled to announce that all our team at our Vernon Park site in Wolverhampton have scored 45 out of 45 on their Considerate Constructors Scheme visit. 👏🏻 This project entails the construction of a 100,000 sq ft industrial unit with two storey office space on an industrial park on the outskirts of Wolverhampton, next to a busy junction of the M54. The visit highlighted the engagement with the local community and neighbours as well as the promotion of construction careers throughout the local area.
