AFFINITY - Construction Collaboration at the RAC in Pall Mall Today marked an engaging and educational event titled “Rebuilding With AI”, held at the prestigious RAC in Pall Mall. Attendees included representatives from 19 different nations, with distinguished guests such as Caribbean, African, and Asian Ambassadors, as well as government officials from across the Commonwealth. The event commenced with a warm welcome from the host, The Honourable Richard Evans, who introduced Louize Clark and Cesar Fragachan Pinzani. Louize Clark, an AI and digital transformation consultant with over 25 years of experience, shared insights on the impact of AI. Her impressive career spans collaborations with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, including The HEINEKEN Company, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Arcadia Group Ltd. Cesar Fragachan Pinzani, founder of Aalter, also took the stage to discuss the innovative applications of AI in architecture and design. Formerly part of the Computation and Design Group at Zaha Hadid Architects, he specialised in developing configurators, automating design workflows for early competition stages, and rationalising complex geometry. His company, Aalter, offers a real-time rendering cloud platform that seamlessly integrates with CAD/BIM software. This platform empowers designers, architects, and developers with custom configurators to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and support informed decision-making through real-time data metrics. On a personal note, attending the event was especially meaningful as it brought back memories of my sister’s time as an employee at the RAC. It was a pleasure to experience the rich racing memorabilia, connect with like-minded individuals, and meet the current High Commissioners to Jamaica and Kenya. I fondly recalled my previous interaction with the former Jamaican High Commissioner at the 2022 launch of “Jamaicans in Britain – A Legacy of Leadership”. The event concluded with the traditional custom of continuing networking at the pub. I am already looking forward to the next AFFINITY event on June 12th at the RAC, where the focus will be on “AI for UK Housing & Infrastructure”. The ALNectus team is proud to have had the opportunity to participate in a fantastic event organized by The Honourable Richard Evans 🇬🇧 and all AFFINITY - Construction Collaboration team. This event brings together people from different parts of the world who share a common goal – to grow their businesses, make interesting connections, network with industry professionals, and simply have a great time while learning something new. 19 nations represented including Ambassadors, Investors, Property Developers, Contractors etc. The event took place in a stunning location, Royal Automobile Club, where the wonderful environment and people created a truly special atmosphere. It was a pleasure to meet so many of our fellow Lithuanians in London who are working and developing their businesses in the UK. We were especially delighted to reconnect with Simonas Kasys, meet Algirdas Stonys, Darius Mockevičius, Blair Whitehurst, Paul May MCIOB MIConstM and Andrius Staniulis, and have another pleasant conversation with Matt Rushmere.
