Sharing some shiny new shots of Project Anchor Enterprise and Innovation Hub for North Lincolnshire Council.✨ A transformative development at the heart of Scunthorpe town centre, this hub offers flexible, agile and dynamic workspaces and a co-working café, along with a 46-bed accommodation wing designed specifically for key workers. With communal lounges, rooftop terraces and shared garden spaces, this project creates a vibrant sense of place, community and belonging. Things are really starting to take shape on site at the Countess of Chester Hospital. 🏗️ Providing patients and staff access to the best possible healthcare facilities, we designed the new 12,500 m2 Women and Children’s unit, which includes maternity, neonatal, paediatric and gynaecology departments and two obstetric theatres. 🏥 Thanks for the sharing the photos, Richard ward! Bristol Temple Meads Southern Gateway goes in for public consultation 🏙️ Part of Bristol Temple Quarter, one of Europe’s largest regeneration schemes, the Southern Gateway is the first phase of our work at the station. Providing a revitalised transport hub for the modern-day passenger - Our development will incorporate car parking facilities, cycle and scooter parking, bus drop off and EV charging points. Our design captures Bristol’s creative energy and green ethos, bringing together local artwork and enhancing biodiversity through planting and soft landscaping. Join us in congratulating associate David Barker on 20 years with AHR 🥂✨ David joined AHR in 1990 and worked with us until 1997, before broadening his career elsewhere and returning to the practice in January 2005. Over his time with us, he has worked across a wide range of sectors including local authorities, schools, and universities, as well as clients such as Royal Mail. A major focus has been his work with the Ministry of Justice, where David is well known for his technical expertise. He also has a keen interest in historic buildings and acts as Quinquennial Surveyor for many church¬¬es across the region. David has always been a supporter of our social events and, beyond work, he has spent a huge amount of time supporting his local Scout group. Always one for a challenge, he abseiled down the side of a church to support their fundraising.
