    Apparently timing is everything… it was a privilege to represent AllSaints at 10 Downing Street last night at a reception hosted by our new Prime Minister celebrating 40 years of London Fashion Week. And it was great to meet so many AllSaints customers while I was there 😉🙏 But I had to make my excuses and leave Downing Stret sharpish because the party I really wanted to be at was with our team at the Troxy. Attended by our brand leaders from across UK, Europe and North America as well as our East London Studios team members and some of our UK DC team celebrating our 30th birthday we will be with our LA Studios team members next month and we will round off our celebrations in Asia. The video clip shows the moment our latest record results went live on The Times website at the Troxy last night. It really was a magical moment. If the dance floor doesn’t look too busy it’s because like any good party most of the chat was taking place in the kitchen 😉 #weareallsaints

    We’re proud to share our financial results for the year ending 3rd February 2024. We’ve seen sales rise across the AllSaints group by 0.6% to £459.5 million and an 18% increase in EBITDA. This is our fourth best year ever within the past five years. We’re reaching more customers than ever before and taking responsibility to do right by our people, our customers, our planet, our suppliers and our partners every step of the way.  CEO, Peter Wood shares, "We are delighted to be reporting another record performance for the third year in a row.  We are particularly pleased that our clear focus on growing our wholesale, franchise and licensing partnerships around the world means that we are reaching more customers than ever before. This has allowed us to improve the quality of our retail revenues by reducing our promotional and markdown activity despite continued challenging market conditions. This in turn has delivered improved margins and a new best-ever EBITDA performance for our Group."     Brand Day - Day One We talk about the business of feelings a lot at AllSaints, constantly considering how we can make our customers and our colleagues feel great. The past two days at our 2024 Brand Day have been all about feelings - celebrating the power of connection, the strength of our team and the energy we all bring to our brand. Our North America, UK and Europe retail brand leaders met all together for the first time at The Serpentine Gallery in London’s Hyde Park yesterday to hear from our leadership, see our BLVCK MVGIC runway live and toast to our brand in its 30th year. Retail director, Francesca Mallinson welcomed everyone and lead an impactful icebreaker to get everyone chatting to at least three people they had never met before. Merchandising director, Kaneez Rizvi introduced our trading plan for peak and our key invested categories and members of our design team shared invaluable product knowledge in bespoke sessions for different focus categories. Our leaders were also invited by COO Catherine Scorey Jobling and design director Rebecca Nye to see our Winter 24, BLVCK MVGIC collection runway which was rounded off by an inspirational message from Catherine, discussing her career journey, that if you can believe it you can achieve it and reminding us of what binds us all - “We are AllSaints and AllSaints is all of us.” The day rounded off with a champagne toast in the stunning surroundings of Hyde Park. A huge thank you to Perry Feneley, Carrie Goode & Kate Sloan whose creativity, organisation skills and dedication ensured an event to remember for everyone who attended. Today was day two and it brought presentations on our global retail strategy, selling skills, wellbeing, the power of engagement, the business of magical feelings, an AllSaints history quiz and presentation from CEO Peter Wood as well as many hotly contested brand awards! We’ll look forward to sharing more here this week. But for now, we party - you only turn 30 once after all! #WeAreAllSaints

    Today we are celebrating our 30th Birthday here, at AllSaints. I have been to many birthday parties over the years, and many Brand Days, but we definitely do it like nobody else. A Brand like no other! A true business of feelings! We have gathered our teams, partners, suppliers and friends of the Brand in two amazing venues (Serpentine Gallery and Troxy) over four days of inspiring content - from fashion shows, through to product workshops, presentations, art collaborations and charity auctions to evening celebrations and anything in between!! The sun is shining over our Brand’s home in London whilst we welcomed our North America teams at the Heathrow Airport in true red carpet style! And this is just the beginning! Our CEO, Pete asked us this morning if we are feeling as supersonic as he is, and we sure are!! 🚀🚀 #WeAreAllSaints

    Last week we opened our brand new store in the Mall of Arabia, Cairo. This is our first standalone location in Egypt. Opened in partnership with Nile Projects - Fashion Retail, we are so excited to now be welcoming customers to this premium shopping destination to introduce them to our brand and our autumn collection. We’ve brought our new concept store fit to the location which features our iconic sewing machines, bespoke furniture and LED ALLSAINTS lighting. Getting a store to opening day takes a huge amount of planning, time and effort from so many teams. A huge thank you to our store, wholesale and franchise, retail operations, visual merchandising, store design and construction and PR and marketing teams as well as the teams from Nile Project for collaborating so well to make it happen! We’re delighted to have a presence in such an exciting market and look forward to our continued partnership with Nile Project as we move forward with our Egyptian expansion. #WeAreAllSaints

    Continuing our AllSaints Icons series where we celebrate our team members who have contributed towards 10 or more years of our brands 30 year journey, today, meet warehouse logistics assistant Jackie Perez. Jackie is based in our North America distribution centre and has been contributing to the success of our brand for the past 11 years. Tell us a little bit about your AllSaints journey? “I first fell in love with the brand when I was on holiday. I was in Miami and went into our Lincoln Road store. From that moment on, I became obsessed! I had to be a part of whatever AllSaints was. A few years later I got the opportunity to join and I’ve held multiple roles with the brand in the years that followed. From working in the field at the Chicago Outlet, to being part of our merchandising team at LA Studios. I’m now part of our logistics team in Chicago, in the role of warehouse logistics assistant. I love that I work for a brand that has championed my career growth and encouraged me to work across so many areas of our business.” What has been your favourite AllSaints piece over the years and why? “I have so many to choose from. But if I had to narrow it down, I would say my Billie Biker with the red lining. It’s an amazing jacket. I will never forget when they photographed Selena Gomez in it!" What has made the culture at AllSaints one that you've wanted to be a part of for 11 years and counting? “The community at AllSaints is really special. I get to work with so many brilliant people on a daily basis. It’s an amazing culture to be a part of.” #WeAreAllSaints
