Earlier this month, we were delighted to participate in Saturday at Bloomingdale's at the 59th Street location in New York. Saturday at Bloomingdale’s is a national event to drive traffic to stores, offering the opportunity for brands to activate and further engage with their customers. Few things feel more New York than pretzels, so we brought along a branded pretzel cart from Weir Dough for visiting customers that day. We also had illustrator, Trivvidraws, join us on site to offer personalised gift-with-purchase illustrations. Thank you to our PR & marketing team for organising our event activations in partnership with the Bloomingdale's team and to our 59th Street team for creating such a fun atmosphere for all our customers joining us that day. #WeAreAllSaints

As part of how we are marking Women’s History Month at AllSaints, we were delighted to host a Brilliant Breakfast in East London Studios this morning in aid of The King's Trust, Change a Girls Life campaign. Team members were invited to join us for some tasty breakfast treats and plenty of great conversation with colleagues from across the studios. We dotted QR codes around the space, so donations could be collected towards this worthy cause. According to the Prince’s Trust Youth Index 2024, 45% of young women feel hopeless about their future due to the uncertainty of the past few years and 25% of young women report that their mental health has held them back from achieving their career goals. The King’s Trust, Change a Girl’s Life campaign funds training courses and employment opportunities that empower young women and support thousands of them to build a better future for themselves. We’re proud to do our bit for such a worthy cause and loved starting this sunny Tuesday off with plenty of wholesome chats with many of our inspirational women. #WeAreAllSaints #ChangeAGirlsLife #TheBrilliantBreakfast

Today, we had the incredible honour of hosting Peter Wood, CEO of AllSaints and Non-Executive Director (NED) for the BRC, at our Retail Masters! 🎉 Peter shared invaluable insights on the ‘business of feelings’, highlighting the importance of creating good feelings for talent, team members, suppliers, customers, and communities. 🌟 Peter's approach has led to remarkable results, including the best financial performance in AllSaints' history. 📈 His emphasis on diversity, strategic planning, and the power of feelings in business resonated deeply with our audience. 💡 He emphasised how a strong culture and a focus on people can drive purpose and success in the retail industry. 🏆 Peter discussed how the business of feelings creates value not just for investors, but for everyone involved, from team members to customers. 🤝 "It's feelings that create value, not figures, not numbers. And value for talent, for team members. Value for suppliers. Value for customers. Value for communities that we live and work in. And, yes, values for investors." - we couldn't agree more! 💬 Thank you, Peter, for sharing your wisdom and inspiring us to focus on the business of feelings! 🙏 Same time next year!! 😉

Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome 30 students from London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London to our East London Studios. The students came from a variety of subject backgrounds including design, marketing, creative direction and sustainability. They had an action packed day visiting a number of different businesses across the city so we were delighted to also get the opportunity to also introduce them to our brand. Team members Jordan Henderson and Katrina Quarton toured the students around our head office, showing them some of what goes on behind the scenes at our brand. The students were then welcomed to our new fifth floor office space and hosted by design director, Rebecca Nye who delivered a presentation covering our brand identity, an introduction to our product, our roots in music, commitment to sustainability and some of our recent key activations including our Royal Ballet collaboration and 30th anniversary celebrations. She also loved answering lots of great questions from the students about different areas of our brand afterwards. We’re very proud of how we do things at AllSaints, so it’s always special to be able to share more about our people, product and purpose with the next generation of fashion industry talent. #WeAreAllSaints

As part of our ‘be responsible’ brand value, we recognise the importance of doing right by our planet. After many years of faithful service, some of our current mannequins had become a little worse for wear. We felt it was time for a change, so we could continue to show our product off to its best. We were delighted to engage Proportion London and to be the first brand to trial their new mannequins made out of eco-friendly fibre, EcoForm. These new mannequins don’t just look great but are some of the first in the world to be 100% recyclable, offering a 96% reduction in carbon output in comparison to traditional fibreglass models. You can see some of them below in their new homes on Regent Street and Miami Lincoln. As happy as we were to welcome these new mannequins, we wanted to make sure that our older ones didn’t go to waste. Our visual merchandising team, never one to be defeated by a challenge, were set the task by global creative VM director, Sharon Nicholson to find a way to upcycle our current mannequins in need of repair so that they could continue to contribute to visuals at AllSaints and not end up in landfill. After lots of searching, head of VM planning & strategy, Sarah Buchan, came across UK based company Mannakin Ltd who were able to help us with their innovative service of mending broken mannequin hands, matching body parts and refinishing and fixing all the joints and spigots. Our first batch of repaired mannequins are now pride of place in our brand new Birmingham Bullring location. You can also see a before and after image of one of our repaired mannequins – we couldn’t be happier with the result! As excited as we are to launch our new mannequins in stores across the world, it’s been special to welcome back some of these faithful friends, all a big part of our journey to date! We hope whichever AllSaints window you’re passing, you love what you see! #WeAreAllSaints

Encouraging our team's dreams and ambitions is really important to us at AllSaints. We were delighted to recently support team member Lucy Lamort to make the move from leading our Glasgow, Princes Square location to joining the management team of our London, Jack’s Place store. Hear more about her journey below Tell us a little bit about your AllSaints journey so far? “I started my journey with the brand just under a year ago when we opened our two new Glasgow stores and I became the store manager at our Princes Square location. I was so excited to work for a brand who's style I greatly admired. I remember going in for the first time when I was 14 and being mesmerised by the leather jackets styled with lace dresses. I think I convinced my mum to get me a draped mini skirt – we've now got a very similar one back in store!” What inspired you to make the move from Glasgow to London? “Don't get me wrong, I adore Glasgow – the people are second to none. But after my whole life in Scotland, I wanted to expand my horizons, so why not go where it's all happening? I think London has a lot to offer and I want to make the most of that, both career and hobby wise. Every major art exhibition is here plus what feels like every kind of food I could possibly want to try! And I can just make a day of that on my day off – stunning!” What excites you most about the upcoming year in our Jack’s Place store? “It’s so amazing to be where it all began! Everyone has been so welcoming, both our store team and our East London Studios colleagues who are based just upstairs! I learnt so much in Glasgow (a big thank you to my leader Calum Anderson-Docherty & our Princes Square team for everything!) I'm excited to use this knowledge and also expand my skills across different areas of my job. There are so many incredibly knowledgeable people across the brand right on my doorstep, I can't think of a better place to learn!” #WeAreAllSaints #Internalprogression

Last week, our director group spent meaningful time together at The Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool. Global people and culture director, Alex D. shares more about the profound experience below.
Human Resources Director/Board Member/Chief People Officer/People Director/CIPD/Chief Human Resources Officer
This week we came together as a leadership team in search of deeper inspiration on how we can empower everyone to deliver our ambitious growth objective at AllSaints and John Varvatos . What followed was a truly immersive, thought-provoking, and transformational experience that reinforced our shared purpose and the impact we can create together as #OneTeam . As part of our partnership with Wavelength we visited Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool, one of the largest and busiest children's hospitals in Europe, supporting nearly 500,000 children each year. It was here that we met many remarkable individuals, but none more extraordinary than Prof. Iain Hennessey. A paediatric surgeon, he is also the driving force behind an innovation hub (also known as the batcave) that he built from the ground up, despite having little to no resources. Today, that hub employs over 30 people, generates revenue for the hospital, and pioneers initiatives that are transforming paediatric care. The experience was deeply emotional, profoundly thought-provoking and truly immersive, including a stunning hospital building that does not look, smell or feel like a hospital, designed by the children from the local community. Prof. Hennessey and his team have achieved the extraordinary - not only are they saving the lives of more and more children, but they are also revolutionising patient care, and making Alder Hey a world-class environment for their young patients, their families and staff. They have done this in an industry bound by regulation, constrained by bureaucracy, and challenged by limited resources. And yet, their growth mindset, innovative thinking, incredible commitment and obsessive focus on their purpose and patients have enabled them to break through barriers that others find impossible. What was most striking was their unwavering optimism. Despite the challenges they face, they remain positive, solution focused, and driven by an unshakable belief in their mission. Their story was as humbling as it was inspiring. Prof. Hennessey’s mindset of ‘If only we had been 100 years faster’ will stay with me forever! As we reflect on this powerful experience, we leave more aligned than ever—not just on our goals, but on our individual impact as leaders and looking beyond the possible . We have seen firsthand the power of empowerment, innovation, and an unbreakable connection to purpose. And now, we return re-energised, inspired, and ready to accelerate our growth mindset in pursuit of new ways. We’re thrilled to launch this year’s International Women’s Day charity tee, expertly modelled by our very own team below! All profits from the tee will go directly to The King's Trust in aid of their Change a Girl’s Life campaign where funds raised are directed towards giving young women who are facing adversity the support they need to get back on their feet and into work, helping them to build a better future for themselves. 61% of our global employee population identify as female and we’re so grateful to all of them for the impact that they make to our culture and towards our brand’s success. We’re also delighted that just under 60% of our director group are women, with each leader providing expertise, creativity and insight that drives our brand’s performance forward. Over the past number of years, we’ve put a lot of focus into our family friendly policies so our colleagues across the brand feel empowered and supported to find the right balance between their work and family life. Our enhanced parental leave provision, alongside flexible-working, fertility, pregnancy loss and menopause support policies help us to help our teams when they need us most. If you’d like to find out more about our charity tee you can shop it here: https://lnkd.in/ePi85SNQ. Come and meet our AllSaints Regulars. Two weeks ago, brand leader Kirsty Hunt and our social team of Vanessa Wesnak, Mia Riley, Erin Wallace and Cecile Makinson travelled to Somerset to meet an AllSaints regular with legendary status, Anne. Anne and her husband Peter, kindly welcomed our team into their home for a special afternoon getting to learn all about Anne’s love of our brand and discover the clothing, accessories and footwear that she has purchased over the years as well as see all of the swing tickets, receipts and printed lookbooks that she has collected. Anne even has two notebooks with all of her purchases from the past 14+ years detailed. We truly felt the love! As well as getting to learn all about Anne and her affinity to our brand, we were able to style both her and Peter in some of our Metamorphosis collection for their photoshoot. We also heard all about the confidence that our collections instil in her year-after-year, 50+ leather jackets later! Find out all about Anne and what keeps her coming back to AllSaints below. #WeAreAllSaints #AllSaintsRegulars
