The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 - 50 years on🦺 Autumn 2024 marks 50 years since the UK Health and Safety at Work etc. Act (HSWA) was introduced. We took this opportunity to join forces with our Health and Safety working group to capture why the Act is so important, how it came about and what difference it has made to our sector and the world of work.
