With the changes to the New Worker Protection Act now in force, it’s important that employers conduct tailored risk assessments to ensure they’re meeting the requirements of the new sexual harassment preventative duty. Calling all law firm employers: are you prepared for the impending legislative changes surrounding workplace sexual harassment?
