Sweetness isn’t just just a flavour, it’s a feeling. AXE’s new campaign "The Power of Sweetness" captures that in the most unexpected way. Directed by a Belgian duo Lionel Goldstein, you’ll be taken on a journey where sweetness doesn’t just please the senses, but sparks a whole range of emotions. It drives desire, channels jealousy, and brings out what’s hiding under the surface - your playfulness. At the heart of this campaign, Japanese composers crafted a harmonious blend of fragrance and sound, bringing the experience to life in collaboration with LOLA MullenLowe and CZAR - Amsterdam. As UK brands look to connect with Gen Z, the nostalgic ‘Love of Huns’ trend is taking the spotlight, blending playful humor with iconic 90s and 2000s hits. But how does hun culture differ from the brat trend driven by Charli XCX? Are they speaking to the same audience? Lauren Thackray, Client Services Director at Big Sync Music, shares her insights in Campaign UK’s latest roundup. Check out the full article: https://lnkd.in/eKub9gtF

When dedication leads to recognition, it might mean you’ve won gold at the Transform Awards in the ‘Best Audio Brand Evolution’ category! For TRESemmé, we reimagined their iconic 90s ‘Ooh La La’ sonic logo and worked with Vin McCreith to make it sound modern and fresh. We also asked musician and activist Ruth Lyon to lend her distinctive vocals, working alongside global superstar Becky G to take the sound to the next level. Give it a listen below:

Music is storytelling amplified – it drives connection and inspires change. That’s exactly what Dove conveyed in its ‘Most Likely to Care’ back-to-school campaign. In partnership with Ogilvy Canada, we approached the narrative of shining a light on teens’ struggles from a music perspective. Our supervision team carefully selected and licensed ‘Internalize’ by alt-pop (and Bandcamp) artist Lily Hain, whose honest lyrics resonate with the challenges many young girls face regarding self-image and #mentalhealth. This campaign acknowledges that the return to school can bring its own set of pressures. By joining #Dove's efforts to empower young women and promote inclusive beauty standards, we aimed to inspire essential conversations that matter. And what better way to do that than through the transformative power of music? Earlier this month, our teams at Big Sync and MassiveMusic hosted a showcase with Warner Music Group, demonstrating the capabilities of their innovative Colour Cues platform. We discussed the vibrant connection between sound and colour, and how synesthesia can enhance music discovery for brands campaigns. We capped off the session with an exclusive performance by up and coming artist Victoria. Thank you to everyone who showed up – here’s to more creative and interactive sessions ahead!
