Along with Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce and C&W Chamber of Commerce, we have partnered with Netcom Training to investigate digital skills gaps in the West Midlands. Our CEO Sarah Moorhouse said: ‘This research aims to assess where businesses currently stand in their digital transformation, identify their present and future digital skill requirements, and explore the most effective ways for the region to provide these skills to promote digital prosperity.’ We will be gathering insights through our upcoming Quarterly Economic Survey as well as focus groups in the Black Country with ‘The Mastering the Future with Digital Skills’ report being published later in the year.
