We're thrilled to announce the successful completion of our recent restoration project at the iconic Ryder Seed Hall on Holywell Hill, St Albans ✔️. This magnificent building, with its rich history dating back to the late 19th century (did you know it was originally built as an exhibition hall for the famous Ryder & Son used to display their seeds and plants🌱?), has been given a new lease of life thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team! Our team tackled a range of works, from new liquid and felt roofing and render repairs, to interior and exterior decoration. A key challenge was replacing the stunning coloured glass windows and re-filming the huge glazed roof. (Fun fact: The Hall's innovative glass roof was quite the feat for its time!) Happy New Year! Here at BSPS we're kicking off 2025 with some exciting new projects including Canonbury Heights, Dove Road, London. This project encompasses a wide range of works, both internal and external, designed to enhance the building's appearance, functionality, and resident experience. Merrow Street, London. This project involves a full refurbishment of four cottages including ground floor extensions to all four cottages, loft conversions and the refurbishment of existing lofts.
