We’re pleased to share the successful completion of a barn conversion project that brings together modern living and heritage preservation. The project involved the conversion of 2 pre-existing barns into 4 dwellings. Barn B comprises a concrete superstructure, now converted into three modern homes. Barn C is a locally listed Oak barn, carefully preserved and converted into a single larger dwelling. Following on from our recent successful completion of the works to 19-21 Great Portland Street, Regency Grove are delighted to have been appointed by The Langham Estate to act as Lead Consultant providing Project Management and Contract Administrations services on a new instruction at 75 – 77 Margaret Street. We look forward to working with the client team again, keep an eye out for project updates in due course!

We are very excited to see the works commence soon on this fantastic project, now that planning permission has been granted! Regency Grove is providing Employer’s Agent and QS services for the client.

We are delighted to share an update on this exciting project in St. John's Wood. The first phase of the project consisted of substantial demolition and temporary works, preserving the front and side facades to remain in-situ. Extensions were added to the rear at both the ground and lower ground floors, and a new basement level was created. The second phase includes the envelope, fenestration, roof, internal fit-out, and external works.   With phase 1 completed, it is great to see the restored front façade and new rear elevation now scaffolding has been dismantled! the internal fit-out is also underway, moving into the final finishes stage that will complete this stunning home.   Regency Grove is providing PM, QS and CA services from inception to completion.   Looking forward to sharing more as the development progresses!   #construction #residentialdevelopment #projectmanagement #quantitysurveying
