✨ 100 DARING & MIGHTY WOMEN ✨This morning, The Luxury Property Forum welcomed 100 incredible women from the luxury property community to The Whiteley London for a very special LPF International Women’s Day event. In a room full of warmth, power, and purpose, we had the privilege of hearing from the brilliant Katie Phillips - author of 'The Self Love Affair', who delivered a moving talk on Authentic Leadership & How to Harness Your Natural Strengths—and every single woman in the room hung onto every word. 💫 From the moment Katie spoke about energetic presence—how we show up before we say a word—it struck a chord. This wasn’t about being louder, but about being rooted in who we are. When women embody their presence, they radiate a calm authority that earns trust and influences with integrity. We explored how authentic leadership doesn’t begin with the external fight for representation, but with anchoring into our inner authority—leading our own inner board of directors with unshakeable self-worth. Because when a woman trusts herself, she doesn’t wait for permission to lead—she simply takes her seat at the table. Katie reminded us that feminine energy is not a weakness, but a powerful force. Our intuition, relational intelligence, and deep empathy are not things to suppress, but superpowers to celebrate. These traits are not just valuable—they are essential in today’s world of leadership. And perhaps the most powerful takeaway of all: Radical self-acceptance is where true influence begins. When we stop waiting for external validation and start owning our worth, everything changes. We build deeper trust, show up more confidently, and lead in a way that feels true to who we are.
