Big thank you to the team leading on this work - Duncan Stockdill, Michael Josephson and Frankie McGough 👏 ⭐ Making it easier for users to collaborate within Capsule ⭐ I’m proud that our team shipped some major improvements to how users can collaborate across the platform with Comments and mentions. Led by Dominique B. and Miranda Hawkes this fabulous new feature is gaining a lot of traction with 20% of our customer base adopting it in the first few weeks 👏 ⭐ Small changes, big impact ⭐ It’s easy to forget delivering quality-of-life changes, or celebrate their success - but I firmly believe these move the needle when considering customer retention.
