We are thrilled to have run an inaugrual Mediation Advocacy Skills training together with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. Led by Wolf von Kumberg, lead faculty for CEDR and Christine Maksoud, a senior associate at Al Tamimi & Company in Dubai, the workshop was centred on helping lawyers to understand better the mediation process and how to achieve better outcomes for their clients. This training is part of our wider efforts to build mediation capacity in the UAE and GCC region and follows our successful mediation training courses in this part of the world over the past five years. Thank you to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre for their support and partnership. 📸 Here are some highlights from the day!
