We are excited to announce that Cinven has agreed to sell JAGGAER, a global source-to-pay and supplier collaboration software platform that enables management and automation of customers’ supplier bases and procurement processes, to Vista Equity Partners.  Since the investment in 2019, Cinven’s US TMT team has partnered with JAGGAER to execute an ambitious Value Creation Plan, capitalising on tailwinds within the global procurement and supply chain software markets to deliver strong growth.
