Today, we turn the page to a new chapter at ClearBank. After an incredible nine years as CEO our co-founder, Charles McManus, is stepping back from day-to-day operations. He will continue to play an active role in driving the business strategy as a Director on the Group Board. We're excited to announce Mark Fairless as our new CEO. Mark has been our CFO and a Group Board member for over two years and has been instrumental in implementing the business’s long-term strategy, driving optimisation, and positioning ClearBank for scalable growth. Charles, thank you for your unwavering vision and commitment. You took us from six people with an idea in an East London basement to where we are today.
