In July Leanne Willkins celebrates 30 years of dedicated service with the Colart! Leanne Wilkins began her journey with Oasis Arts & Craft Products, which soon became part of the Colart family. Starting in the assembly department working on paint-by-numbers kits, Leanne has mastered new skills like packing & shipping export orders and operating a VNA truck. Her leadership as Goods Inward Team Leader made her indispensable to our warehouse operations. In her latest role, Leanne has been instrumental in supporting customer service helping ensure top-notch service. Happy 30 year work anniversary Leanne! Heather's journey with us began unexpectedly, as she transformed an office job interview into an opportunity within our esteemed brush production team. From her early days as a Brush Operative, Heather found joy and camaraderie amidst the lively production lines, fostering cherished relationships and creating enduring memories filled with laughter. Throughout her remarkable five decades of service, Heather has epitomized dedication and humility. Her steadfast commitment to excellence, coupled with her preference for working diligently behind the scenes, has been truly inspiring. Heather's devotion to Crown extends far beyond her professional duties, deeply rooted in the friendships she has nurtured over the years. As we honor Heather's extraordinary achievement, her legacy within Crown's history is truly indelible, and her influence immeasurable.
