👏 A huge congratulations and well done to Charlie Deogun for passing his EPA (End of Point Assessment) and completing his one year waste apprenticeship. The EPA assessor came to our Reading waste recycling centre to interview, test and see Charlie work. The assessor was very impressed with his operational, and health and safety knowledge.    We’re proud to be constantly inspiring and investing in the next generation of talent in our industry and we actively recruit apprentices and train them in all aspects of our transport business. We have committed to a bold and ambitious target to support 30 apprentices in our business by 2030.
