  • Did you watch the new series that landed on Netflix last night? Celebrity Bear Hunt starring Bear Grylls, and presented by Holly Willoughby sees twelve celebrities become prey as they are hunted down by Grylls in the Costa Rican Jungle. Craghoppers provided the cast and crew with our world leading insect-repellent NosiLife clothing and accessories range to help repel biting insects in the jungle. (Unfortunately NosiLife does not repel against people named Bear Grylls) However with its UPF 50+ sun protection, anti-odour tech and lightweight and quick drying fabrication it will definitely keep them comfortable. Here is rapper Big Zuu wearing our NosiLife Adventure shirt in woodland green. https://lnkd.in/gNA7F7TY We can't wait to see the series unfold. Bear Grylls Ventures #Craghoppers #Netflix #NosiLife

  • At Craghoppers we believe honesty, courtesy & respect are critical in all the decisions we make with customers, colleagues and workers in our factories    We are doing what we can, when we can, to look after our planet. This means we're committed to creating great global products in a sustainable way and to making positive progress every year.    As 2024 draws to a close, we wanted to share just some of the highlights we have achieved across sustainability, charity and conservation, these include funding 188 hours of private therapy for ex veterans Walking With The Wounded, repairing 131 products through our repair partner Timpson Group and saving 8,500 litres of water through reviewing our dyeing techniques and processes.     A huge team effort across departments and something we couldn't do alone. #craghoppers #mindfullymade #conservation #sustainability

  • An amazing team effort shown yesterday by the team Walking Home for Christmas raising money for Walking With The Wounded. Thankfully the Manchester weather was on our side and we raised over £2000. Thank you to everyone who took part and donated.

I'm not a winter man. I wouldn't describe myself as a grinch (my team and wife might beg to differ) but I love the summer, the light, warmth and long days. But I do love the opportunity at this time of year to get out with our partners and supporters and undertake a walk with them, with the opportunity to say thank you in person for their efforts. Today it was my privilege to join Clare Grimshaw Charlotte Jackson and the amazing team at Craghoppers in Manchester who were out out on there #WalkingHome walk for Walking With The Wounded in aid of the wounded veterans and their loved ones we support. Fired up by Joel Oxberry at HQ who gave an amazing client impact story, the team and I did a 5 mile walk along the canal to the cenotaph. The passion and enthusiasm from a company that shares many of my personal values is amazing to see and over £1,200 has been raised so far from this walk and their wonderful staff. Lots of impactful adventures together to come in 2025 but for now thank you again for your amazing efforts. Happy Christmas to all at Craghoppers! • Today marks International Day of Persons with Disabilities, as a company we are very proud to support and work alongside Experience Community CIC a not-for-profit organisation which helps disabled people access green space and the countryside. Working with the team at the National Trust where at Longshaw Estate they have been able to improve access to the site and really embody the National Trust ethos of “For everyone, forever”. At Craghoppers we are firm believers that the outdoors is there to be enjoyed by everyone and have been working with Experience Community since 2020 with Craig Grimes as a brand ambassador, raising awareness around the challenges disabled people face when accessing the great outdoors. We made a short film with Craig and the team at Longshaw exploring the work they have done on the estate. https://lnkd.in/eAbcEXsb

  • Back from another incredible weekend at Kendal Mountain Events. We had a busy stand showcasing our National Trust collaboration with interactive games to win goodies and learn about how peatland is so important for reducing carbon emissions, with a special guest appearance from the star of peatland restoration; sphagnum moss We has three sold out ceilidhs, two base camp talks from Adam Raja and Tia Crouch, and a wonderful excursion to National Trust property Sizergh castle. A huge thank you to all our teams for their hard work over the weekend, and to National Trust for all their support too. #KMF2024 #Kendal #Events

A very special Day In The Life video was recently published on the Craghoppers YouTube channel and as part of a Lion Whisperer Instagram collaboration. Not only does it shed some light on how important the Kevin Richardson Foundation's work is for wildlife conservation, it also highlights how Craghoppers support Kevin and the foundation's work, including the recently launched Endangered Wildlife Trust Carnivore Conservation Programme in the Greater Kruger National Park in South Africa.
