It is a pleasure to continue our relationship with Amstone having also delivered on the 614 unit, Clippers Quay scheme back in 2019.

We are pleased to be working with Hello Student® to develop and implement the decarbonisation strategy for their estate. Through a number of pilot studies, we have identified interventions, easy wins and potential capital projects to deliver decarbonisation targets, lowering energy bills for students and landlords, and minimising maintenance costs for the entire estate. We are now providing technical design services for the interventions, assistance with tendering and procurement and site inspections during construction.

Plans for the Soapworks in Salford have been resubmitted, with commercial space reduced in favour of affordable homes. The major new waterfront development on the Manchester Ship Canal includes residential and commercial space, transport hub and new public realm and private residential gardens. Great to see planning approved for the refurbishment of the Central Methodist Hall in Manchester's Northern Quarter. Works include internal reconfiguration, a new 4,000 sq ft rooftop extension and energy efficiency improvements throughout.
