August is traditionally a quiet time when our main customer takes a well earned break from #training for war. Our people are still delivering. One team is in Wales, supporting live training with #SCOPIC and #drones. One team is preparing to leave for continental Europe, to support an #AWES task. On the home front, preparations are taking place for the next innovative delivery of #jointfires command and control training (see picture). Train for war, not for training's sake. #wearecubic

As our customers pivot to re-focus on the #deep so our support infrastructure changes. Moving away from ‘STEEL’ as it’s importance wanes, the domes come down and C4I facilities wait in the wings to go up to better support ’NICKEL’, ‘IRON’ and ‘CYCLONE’. Our #jointfires pedigree means we can anticipate the adaptations necessary to provide a rich training experience. Train for war, not for training’s sake. #wearecubic

A busy week in a busy month. There are teams supporting training with #AWES, #SCOPIC and #drones in Northumberland and Wiltshire. In addition, there are novel training methods being demonstrated to those who shape the training for the battlefield and #blueshell has found itself being modified to showcase some adaptive solutions. Train for war, not for training’s sake. Train the trainers properly. #wearecubic
