As you gear up for peak trading in 2024, you should take a look at what happened last year to make sure your team are prepared for the waves of questions. Example: Where is My Order (WISMO) questions are lower on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but EXPLODE to nearly 2x their normal volume by December, but after Christmas they are back to normal. Meanwhile questions about Returns start coming in the week after Black Friday and never let up until the end of January. Is that the same for your brand?
