A lot of challenges are shared between us - repairs, damp and mould, retrofit - and it's important that we work together to address them. In the coming months we'll formally set out areas of collaboration that will help us achieve our mission of providing safe, warm homes for all. Dolphin Living has appointed Matthew Lamb, as its new development director. This role has been vacant since October 2023 when it was previously held by David Stevenson who spent two years at the firm as regeneration and development director. “Matthew’s experience in the affordable and rental sectors will be invaluable as we progress our mission of building more high-quality, affordable homes for the city’s critical workers near to their places of work,” said Olivia Harris, CEO at Dolphin Living. Last night, I had the privilege of joining my colleagues Olivia Harris (LandAid patron) and Olivia Sibly of Dolphin Living to volunteer at the annual LandAid Sleepout. It was a humbling experience to be part of this brilliant initiative to help end youth homelessness. Did you know that in the UK alone, 136,000 young people approached their local council for housing support? This number is staggering, and we need to do more to support our youth and end homelessness.
