  • Have Your Say: Consultation on Tenancy Strategy and Policy Changes🏡🗣️ We’re proposing a big change to Westminster’s Tenancy Strategy and Policy to give residents greater security and stability in their homes. What are the proposed changes? ✔️ Tenancy Strategy - Moving away from fixed-term tenancies in our tenancy strategy and recommending social landlords offer lifetime tenancies instead. ✔️ Tenancy Policy - Ending the use of flexible fixed term tenancies in our tenancy policy and offering Westminster City Council tenants secure lifetime tenancies instead. Why are we making these changes? ✔️ More stability and peace of mind for families – plan for the future without renewals ✔️ Stronger communities – put down roots and feel at home Before we make this change, we want to hear from you. Your feedback will help shape the future of housing in Westminster: https://lnkd.in/eUt8G8yJ
