Having spent a large chunk of my career organising and visiting events I was so looking forward to visiting Anthropy UK at the Eden Project. It didn't disappoint. What a superb and energetic vibe. A cracking "coalition of the willing" all there to "Reboot Britain". It was an absolute honour to be representing Dons Local Action Group in this most collaborative of environments. The fun starts now to turn the many conversations and new found knowledge into more impact. Thanks to all that I met and to all on the panels who gave it everything. I can't wait for next year. Time to get your dancing shoes on and raise some money for DLAG 🪩

At DLAG, we try hard to be as flexible as possible for groups and organisations if they'd like to volunteer as a group. Recently, it was the turn of 12th Wimbledon Brownies to help out and we opened an additional shift for them at Tesco’s New Malden. Brown Owl, Elizabeth, said: “The 12th Wimbledon Brownies enjoyed earning their Charities Badge while learning about how the DLAG supports our local community. The Brownies helped Tim load the van and then hit the aisles at Tesco New Malden with shopping lists including items from the daily board." Thank you so much to the Brownies for helping out.
