Big life update!! I am absolutely delighted to share that I am now REALLY good at using DSMN8, the technology that I co-founded with Ryan Marsh 🤯 Jokes aside, I wanted to share this certificate and use this moment to announce a pretty significant update to our product offering. One of the challenges we hear from organizations that implement employee advocacy programs is the amount of training they have to host for employees, as it can be quite time-taxing. Most of this training is around LinkedIn profile optimisation, social media guidelines, personal branding tips, etc, but there’s often a requirement to provide some level of training for the DSMN8 platform to ensure everyone gets the most out of it. After all, everyone’s goals are different! Though this training is typically hosted by our customer success team or one of the organisations program managers, it takes time, and it's often an ongoing task as you onboard more advocates to your program. At the start of the year, we set out on a mission to reduce the time needed to see results, and thanks to our brilliant Marketing and Customer Success Teams, I am delighted to say that DSMN8 now offers on-demand video training. There are three tiers of training available: 🥉 Basic Training: Aimed at getting advocates up to speed with the platform’s basic functionalities. Things like how to find and share content. 🥈 Advanced Training: A more in-depth training of the platform for your advocates, covering features like automated sharing and personal analytics. One for those serious about growing their personal brands! 🥇 Admin training: The most comprehensive training for the DSMN8 platform, covering all of the above and the features admins will need to set up and scale their program for success.
