When we hosted the 36th INTERNATIONAL PAPILLOMAVIRUS SOCIETY - IPVS, we saw first hand how the event is pioneering prevention. In our brand new #IdeasHub, we explore how EICC and IPV Society representatives formed a Legacy Committee to create a conference that left a substantial, lasting impact on Scotland's health landscape, by enhancing HPV awareness, increasing vaccine uptake and empowering communities with accessible health information. Sustainability fact: We have sent zero waste to landfill since January 2019 We are committed to creating green events and aim to create a local circular economy by diverting all waste generated at the EICC away from landfills. This includes collecting onsite waste and segregating it before being sent to a local centre to be recycled or converted into Refuse Derived Fuel.
