We’ve officially been a B Corporation for one whole year! 🎉 Being a B Corp isn’t about bragging rights, it’s about holding ourselves accountable, and being honest and transparent about our goals and practices. The team just wrapped up an exciting event with Cascale for their Annual Meeting, where we supported on content, creative, production, logistics, and sustainability, ensuring their message landed with impact. Working with sponsors and speakers from Nike, PUMA Group, lululemon, Steve Madden, Marks and Spencer, and more—the conference explored thought-provoking discussions on sustainability, climate action, and supply chain inequities. 🌍 Key Highlights included: → Sessions Exploring Decarbonisation & Climate Action: CEO Colin Browne’s powerful call to action emphasised targeted decarbonisation, revealing that 80% of the industry's emissions come from just 1,500 facilities. A 45% emissions reduction by 2030 is within reach—if we act now! → Innovation & Collaboration: The event featured workshops on renewable energy, supply chain transparency, and collective climate initiatives, sparking ideas for the industry’s future. → Exciting New Partnerships: We were thrilled to support the announcement of Cascale’s collaboration with BGMEA, promoting sustainability and responsible practices in global supply chains. We love partnering with authentic, purpose-driven brands on sustainable events, and this was a great example! Receiving a cancer diagnosis, or being impacted by the diagnosis of a loved one, can be both frightening and isolating. Many of us are often unprepared to offer the right support, as each person’s needs can differ. Today, we are helping Cancer Support UK raise awareness of cancer in the workplace and how we can better support our colleagues during such challenging times. As a B Corp, we care deeply about our people and local communities. We ensure that mental health first aiders are available in the workplace and that all team members have access to free, unlimited professional counselling sessions. However, on a one-to-one level, we also need to navigate difficult conversations with colleagues in ways that make them feel supported and less alone. Cancer Support UK offers various corporate training courses, with profits supporting their efforts to provide cancer kits to patients of all ages. We transformed the Hyatt Regency into a 'SOAR' themed experience, expressing the limitless potential synonymous with the innovative brand. It came complete with soaring basketball tricks, immersive motion clouds and a live band that had the entire party on the dance floor for the entirety of the evening! #EventProfs #EventAgency
