Our Logistics Manager, Vali Badea, took an unexpected initiative during his on-site visit for the AMS Project in the Netherlands. Wearing full PPE himself, he armed himself with vouchers and randomly selected operatives, surprising them with The Food Box Vouchers on behalf of Euro Site Services. Even though all operatives were already wearing the correct PPE and diligently following safety protocols from their respective companies, Vali's quick selection of five workers during his site walk served as a positive reinforcement. While it wasn't a necessity, the gesture aimed to reward and motivate the team for their commitment to safety.
