A free and easy to use service, set up by Parliament. We settle complaints between consumers and financial businesses.
Our offices
We have modern, open-plan offices in London and Coventry. Our London office is close to Canary Wharf, with plenty of direct public transport links. We also have a gym, fitness classes, showers and changing rooms, and a subsidised cafe and restaurant. Our Coventry office is in the Friargate development in the heart of the city centre, only five minutes walk from the train station and with direct links to Birmingham and London.
