Lost your awesome? Feeling a bit 'MEH' about HR? Then, never fear: you’re in the right place! I am VERY excited to put out into the world the 'Find Your Awesome' HRBP programme: eeeeekkk!!! I can get you your weekly HR injection, deliver you weekly joy AND bring your buzz back for HR! We'll be covering topics like: personal brand, HR core behaviours, managing the politics and storytelling with data - all in an hour a week! All for the princely sum of £549+VAT: for a ten week programme, all the laughter you can handle AND we’ll find your awesome again! The modules are 60 minutes long, all delivered live on Zoom and all come with a thoughtfully curated handout with all of the geek out links and information you can handle! This journey has been all about growing into a more impactful, commercial BP while embracing my true self, and it's been an incredible experience. Here's a glimpse of what I’ve gained: 💼 Becoming a Commercial BP: Understanding the importance of aligning people strategies with business goals has been a game-changer. I’m now equipped to drive value and make data-driven decisions that contribute directly to the bottom line. 🛡️ Slaying the Imposter: We all face self-doubt, but this course has given me the tools to silence that inner critic and step confidently into my role. It’s been empowering to embrace my unique strengths and know that I truly belong in this space. 🌍 Equity, Diversity & Inclusion: As a passionate advocate for EDI, I’ve deepened my commitment to creating inclusive environments where everyone’s voice is heard.
