We've been hard at work behind the scenes to kick start our year of fundraising for our 2025 charity partner, Sands - baby loss charity 💙 🧡 Last night we held our first charity quiz of the year with teams from Foreman Homes, FBR Construction Recruitment , Encompass Surveys Ltd, DF GROUNDWORKS LTD and Ludlow Trust Company. With Ludlow Trust ultimately taking the top spot, we raised a whopping £520 from the evening - huge thanks to everyone who donated 👏

We’ve completed the first homes in the next phase at Selborne Road in #Alton! 🏡 We’re providing the affordable homes on this exciting large joint venture with VESTAL Developments and Foreman Homes. A whopping 242 new homes are being delivered to the local community and 181 of them are for an affordable tenure.
