🏗️ Project Update: Oxlease House, Romsey 🏗️ Progress is moving well at Oxlease House, Romsey, where 35 new build plots—21 social rent and 14 shared ownership—are taking shape for Imperial Homes, in partnership with Vivid. ✅ Plots 16–27 are now fully built and undergoing internal fit-out. ✅ Remaining plots are progressing well at various stages of construction. This site presents unique challenges, with its steep terrain, multiple retaining walls, and complex house underbuilds, requiring close coordination between our civil and structural engineering teams.
