Celebrating 35 years by giving back to our community.   As we mark our 35th anniversary, we're celebrating by taking on a number of challenges to support two incredible local charities, Wimborne Food Bank (part of FAITHWORKS) and Routes To Roots.   Wimborne Food Bank provides essential support to struggling families, while Routes to Roots offers vital aid and pathways to stability for vulnerable people in Poole.   Last year, 28 members of our team completed a 10-mile charity walk around Studland, raising over £5,200, and this year, we’re continuing our commitment to making a difference by completing a 33km hike along part of the Jurassic Coast on Saturday 26th April 2025, from Bowleze Cove in Weymouth to Corfe Castle.   Our goal is to raise a significant amount for these charities, both of which play a crucial role in our local community. We are delighted to announce the appointment of Chloe Dixon MRICS as Sales and Marketing Manager. Chloe, a Chartered Surveyor, brings a wealth of experience, having held a variety of roles within the new homes sector. After nine successful years in the capital latterly working on sales to the international market, Chloe has returned to her roots in Dorset where the Wyatt Homes brand was already familiar to her. Chloe said, “When I moved back home, I knew that Wyatt Homes was the next step in my career. The new homes industry has always sparked my interest and a chance to work with a company that shares my values and passion for creating beautiful places was too good an opportunity to miss. “Wyatt Homes ensures that every detail is carefully considered - not just in the homes themselves but in the surroundings too – each development offers a desirable lifestyle as well as a place to call home. I’m incredibly proud to be part of the team.” In her spare time, Chloe and her fiancé are working on a renovation project, converting a 1970s bungalow into a beautiful family home, which they hope to have complete before their wedding in September. We are delighted to welcome Nick Low to the Wyatt Homes team as an Estimator.   Nick has extensive experience in the construction industry having been in the housebuilding and construction industry for his entire career and brings with him a wealth of experience with backgrounds in site management, contracts and development management, and 17 years in commercial management before taking on this new challenge.   Nick said, “The quality and diversity of projects at Wyatt were what attracted me to the company.
