    Six years ago the masterful Richard Burton joined us at Inizio Engage XD (formerly The Creative Engagement Group) to partner with me on intrapreneurial journey, that would build the pre-eminent Employee Engagement consultancy - Forty1. When this picture was taken (and we were a little younger looking), we didn't know what a fantastic journey it would continue to be. Following the acquisition of the wonderful Jill Vitiello's US based communications business in 2020, Forty1 has gone from strength to strength in the US and Europe, partnering with multi-national businesses across many categories including pharma, tech and professional services. Today Forty1, as part of Inizio Engage is a leader in creating experiences that enrich working lives and inspires lasting change in culture and behavior. Our team blend science, technology and creativity across all of our work and deliver EVP; listening; embedded comms teams; change; belonging; listening and many other employee focussed strategic communications projects. Forty1 is key to XD's proposition, partnering with other areas of our business - Emota (Experiential); Nazaré (Learning); XD Film; XD Creative Studio; XD Digital; PX+CX & Behavioural Science.
