Our story began with a powerful connection—two Black women navigating burnout and isolation, finding solace in community. In the summer of 2023, Camille launched the Black Women’s Wellness Community, which has since grown to nearly 400 members and hosted over 15 events. It was there that we met for the first time, and we quickly recognised the profound need for a physical space where Black and Brown women could be at the centre of wellness experiences that truly reflect their cultural and social identities. Bridged is creating a transformative community space dedicated to holistic wellness, healing, and connection for Black and Brown women. Our mission is to: Reclaim Wellness: Reconnect wellness with its multicultural roots by offering a platform for practitioners of colour to share their expertise in an environment that honours their unique contributions. Democratise Access: Implement a flexible, ‘pay what you can’ pricing model to break down financial barriers and ensure wellness is accessible to all. Build Community: Foster a supportive environment where Black and Brown women can find belonging, share their stories, and receive the support they deserve. We’re dedicated to creating a space where wellness is inclusive, where community thrives, and where every woman feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
