Celebrating IWD with Mace! Earlier this week, Lyndsey Gallagher stepped out of her comfort zone—swapping speaking to students and young adults for standing in front of a room full of grown-ups! 😅 But she enjoyed it! Special thanks to Frankie Stovell, fellow guest speaker 😘 The energy in the room was uplifting and inspiring, and it was incredible to see so many ambitious women in construction alongside male allies who are actively supporting change. Progress IS happening in our industry, and moments like this prove it! A huge thank you to Ami M., Robert Lemming, Danny Webster and Jo Gardner for organising such a fantastic event. From discussing imposter syndrome and confidence to hearing from Professor Selina Wray about how construction directly impacts life-changing medical research—there was so much to take away.
