Please see below a free useful white paper describing the differences between two Functional Safety standards, drafted by CAPIEL PG5 and freely available to download from the www.capiel.eu website. GAMBICA #FunctionalSafety
In CAPIEL PG5 we are several persons working in the committees with development of the functional safety standards EN ISO 13849 and EN IEC 62061. These standards are newly revised. We have now published a document with the purpose to explain the similarities and differences between EN ISO 13849-1:2023 and EN IEC 62061:2021 to explore if a future merger of the two standards now is possible. https://lnkd.in/e7Z4DVdY
