GCW Property Consultants has promoted Philip Fishwick to the role of director in the company’s owner team.

The UK hit a significant milestone this week, which seems to have been low key news. On Monday night the last remaining coal fueled power station was closed. Making the UK one of the first major developed countries in the world to achieve this. Roughly a third of UK power still comes from gas. Will the recent change in legislation assist with boosting renewable energy sources? That crystal ball gazing is very hard to predict but what a step forward. Having recently investigated how to improve the use of renewables at a clients asset from an agency perspective. The possibility is real, plus an additional income could be achieved as well.
