In just two weeks, Goals House is heading to Baku, Azerbaijan, alongside #COP29! For thousands of years, the Silk Road connected East and West, fostering incredible exchanges of culture, science, and ideas. At the heart of this historic route were Caravanserais—gathering places where travelers shared news, stories, and insights. This year, Goals House will carry on this tradition in a remarkable 14th-century Caravanserai in Baku’s Old Town, convening our vibrant community of business and political leaders, NGOs, and activists for conversations and connection. Our programming will focus on pressing themes like climate resilience, sustainable innovation, and global collaboration—all in the spirit of building impact together. If you’ll be in Baku, let us know—we’d love to welcome you to Goals House! For more details or to register interest, please DM us or email info@goalshouse.com.

Last night, we hosted a Goals Night Out alongside the World Health Summit in Berlin for the first time, in celebration of The ONE Campaign’s 20th Anniversary. For two decades, ONE has fought to end extreme poverty and preventable diseases worldwide. Last night, we reflected on the progress made, while acknowledging the immense work ahead - especially in the Global South, where COVID-19 deepened inequalities. As Mark Suzman powerfully stated, "Where you are born should not determine if you live or die and the quality of health access you receive." 🌍 The evening focused on the partnerships and collaborations needed to create a healthier, safer, and more equitable world for all. Thank you to everyone that came! #WorldHealthSummit #ONE #GlobalHealth #SDG3 #Health #Goal3

Financial and digital inclusion are critical to create resilient futures for all in a climate-vulnerable economy. We kicked off the United Nations General Assembly and Climate Week New York by bringing together leaders, activists and entrepreneurs to set a solutions-oriented tone for the week and encourage everyone to think connectedly about people and the planet. When we equip people with digital financial tools, we empower them with better means to adapt and thrive, even in the face of a changing climate. #FinancialInclusion #DigitalTransformation #Sustainability Goals House Ellen Jackowski Tara Nathan

Our penultimate day at #GoalsHouse UNGA was packed with incredible ideas and insights! We started the day with a breakfast roundtable hosted by UNDP, exploring the urgency of climate action and the power of collective efforts for a sustainable future. Aspen Ideas Climate brought John Kerry, former U.S. Secretary of State, to the stage for a deep dive into financing climate adaptation and mitigation projects, with a special focus on the developing world. The S30 hosted a lunch with some of the world’s leading companies to drive action on environmental sustainability and social impact, while Salesforce unpacked the United Nations’ High-Level Report on AI governance to push forward collaboration and the SDGs. Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and Tony Blair shared insights from his decade as UK Prime Minister, discussing practical steps to harness the power of AI and reimagine global governance. We wrapped the day with the annual Global Goals Dinner, co-hosted by The Global Goals Lab, Sharing Strategies, and UN Partnerships, to explore innovative financing solutions and how AI can close the multi-trillion-dollar SDG financing gap. And, of course, ended the night with a nightcap, co-hosted by Google x HSBC! ✨ #UNGA2024 #SustainableDevelopment #AI #ClimateAction #GlobalGoals
