About us
Founded in 1998, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants comprises the restaurant business of acclaimed chef, restaurateur, TV personality and author Gordon Ramsay. It is one of the largest privately-owned restaurant groups in the UK with 34 restaurants. The group has a further 22 restaurants internationally including Shanghai, South Korea, Malaysia, France, Dubai, Singapore and now Thailand, with further international openings planned. Additionally, across the US the business currently has 32 restaurants, with a global total of 88 restaurants. To date, Gordon Ramsay holds a total of 8 Michelin stars across the restaurants worldwide, including the flagship, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, which has held three Michelin stars for more than 22 years. Michelin Guide newcomer, Restaurant 1890 was awarded its first star in February 2024. As well as its globally renowned fine dining, the group has expanded to include an array of premium casual and more casual dining restaurants to the portfolio, offering a wide variety of guest experiences around the globe. We are delighted to announce a new and exciting partnership with Formula 1 where Gordon and the team will deliver a world class culinary experience in the Paddocks most premium hospitality - F1 Garage. In 2025, F1 Garage returns for ten Grands Prix, starting in Miami, and followed by Monaco, Montreal, Silverstone, Monza, Austin, Mexico City, Las Vegas, Qatar and the season finale in Abu Dhabi. Offering fans an unparalleled interactive experience, immersing them in on-track action while enjoying world-class food, beverages and service. Gordon will combine his love of F1 and his culinary expertise to further elevate the guest experience. Gordon and the team will curate a menu of gourmet dishes inspired by that weekend’s Grand Prix and infused with locally sourced ingredients. Meanwhile, expert mixologists will craft signature cocktails, offering a distinctive selection of drinks that complement the exceptional dining experience. The new experience will build on the unprecedented success Gordon has brought to the FORMULA 1 LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX where he has hosted guests in the Paddock.
