The two-day workshop dedicated to the Gravitate-Health project concluded yesterday in Tromsø. The consortium focused on several key topics: 💡 Content Strategy & Patient Safety 📑 🇪🇺 Risk Minimization in EU Health 🏥 🌱 Sustainability & more Guendalina Graffigna and Michelle Calvete Labouz presented the current status, challenges and upcoming opportunities for the testing scenarios that are now facing the validation of the project, specifically regarding it's potential in the realm of behavioral change. The Gravitate-Health project is taking big steps forward 🚀 They're developing digital tools to empower citizens on their healthcare journey and promote the safe use of medicines. 📢 Great atmosphere at the opening of the Gravitate-Health project's workshop in Tromsø on October 29–30. The project aims to develop digital solutions that provide better access to information about personal health and medications, as well as enhance health literacy to ensure safer medication use. This will reduce the risk of errors in medication usage and improve the quality of life for patients in Europe. 🏥 45 partners in 16 countries from civil society, academia, and industry are now working together to develop new, user-focused digital tools, so that the population can access quality-assured and relevant information about the medications they take.
