As Head of Apprenticeships and Careers at the The Priory Federation Of Academies Trust, Ellis Potter wanted his team to benefit from some high-quality training from a reputable provider to enhance their vocational skills and improve the experience of their students. He enrolled his team on the Skills Bootcamp in Vocational Training and Development led by the University of Lincoln in March 2024 and funded by the Greater Lincolnshire LEP in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council. Ellis said: "The Skills Bootcamp has had a profound impact on our team. It not only equipped them with essential skills, but it provided them with confidence in and validation of their abilities." This year our annual conference will bring together the three Chairs instrumental in our evolution for the first time. 🎙 Ursula Lidbetter was our first Chair, leading the organisation for a decade between 2010 and 2020. Pat Doody took up the reins from 2020-2023, and our current Chair Neal Juster has been at the helm since March 2023.
