Women all over the world continue working into older age, often in insecure, low-paid jobs with no protection. One in seven women over 65 is still working – often not by choice, but out of necessity. Many provide unpaid care, keeping families afloat, yet their contributions go unrecognised. Age discrimination pushes them into the shadows.
