#TeamHollis had the pleasure of acting as project manager for our esteemed client, Legal & General, on this 30,000 sq ft Grade II listed office and retail refurbishment property, Burleigh House, located on The Strand in London – a notoriously busy inner-city area🤝 We delivered a comprehensive multi-service solution that encompassed dilapidations, health and safety oversight, measured surveys, area referencing, and the completion of a reinstatement cost assessment.  Sustainability was a key aspect of the project, and through effective communication, careful planning, and collaboration with key stakeholders, we were thrilled to successfully meet our clients goals. We’re excited to welcome our new Director and Co-Head of our Development Monitoring service, Chris Twitchell! 👏  Chris brings 23 years of expertise in technical due diligence, debt/equity transactions, project monitoring, risk mitigation, and compliance. He’s worked with investment funds, clearing banks, hedge funds, and developers. His multi-sector experience includes delivering Principal Place, Shoreditch, a 50-storey prime residential tower, and Marble Arch Place, London, a 23-storey mixed-use super prime residential and office development, hotels and infrastructure. Plus, a number of BTR schemes, such as Queen’s Quarter, Croydon, a 35-storey development with 513 units; and Chelmer Waterside, Chelmsford, a 189 unit development. Strengthening our ESG expertise! 💪🌎   At Hollis, offering expert, strategic ESG support is crucial to us. So, we’ve partnered with UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) who provided insightful ESG sustainability training. During the session we gained insights on the latest trends, challenges and opportunities and the potential future of ESG 🤝 With the UK Government's ambitious goals to honour their Paris agreement targets of NZC by 2050.
