Dartford Borough Council is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Officer to join its Planning Services Department. It is a great time to join Dartford, which has a substantial Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) fund in excess of £20 Million and is starting a new phase of infrastructure planning and delivery. They are looking for a strategic thinker with CIL and developer contributions experience to lead the process of securing new schools, healthcare, transport, and other facilities for growing neighbourhoods and making multi-million-pound infrastructure decisions. This is a full-time, permanent role, with two days per week based at the Dartford office.
