Weekly Round Up This week we celebrated Know Your Numbers Week, which is a campaign that highlights the importance of getting blood pressure checks in order to better understand your health. Last year at our Wellbeing Hub, we launched the Community Pod, where people can pop it at any time and get a free blood pressure check. This first of its kind service, sends the results directly to your GP, helping to reduce cardiovascular disease in the community, as approximately 60% of individuals require intervention after being checked. Working towards improving community health through services like this, is at the heart of what we do❤️🌍 #SeriouslySocial #Health #KnowYourNumbersWeek

Weekly Round Up Active Play Scheme We've just launched Active Play swimming lessons for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, funded through our Active Play referral scheme. 🏊👶 We believe every child deserves a fun and active lifestyle, regardless of financial circumstances. Weekly Round Up Havant Laughter Club We had an exciting weekend with the return of the Havant Laughter Club comedy night last Saturday. The event was a sold-out success, with everyone eager to see the star-studded lineup. 🌟🙌 Summer THRIVE-ing A few weeks into the school holiday, our Summer THRIVE-ing £2 initiative has been a big success! It's been fantastic to see children of all ages and abilities participating in non-contact boxing 🥊 and dodgeball 🏐, staying active and engaged outside of school.
