Last year Simon Edmondson leader of The Business Network Chester appeared in the Hospice Court for "Crimes against poetry" at his networking events, he faced the full force of the Judge Jamison and fined £500 bail fee for the Hospice! How about you get your colleague to face the same courtroom drama at Chester Town Hall, could they raise the bail fee for Hospice and give you a big laugh at their expense? Our legal experts from Oliver & Co Solicitors Limited will there to make sure they have no chance of getting away with it, and Judge and Jury Darren Jamieson of Engage Web will make sure they are sent to the cells! DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THEIR OFFICE CRIMES! Nominate them here - https://lnkd.in/eFzMJcxM Alan Knell will then visit your office to issue their summons to court on Thursday 27th March!

We want to say a treemendous #thankyou to all of our tree collection volunteers, who collected thousands of trees for us this year helping us raise over £50,000! This has also helped our local environment in West Cheshire, with the trees not landing into local landfill and being recycled, this has also saved near 50,000kg of Co2 being released into the atmosphere over the time the trees would have been in landfill. The same carbon footprint as somebody making 60,752 cups of tea!!!! This is a monumental effort, with individuals and businesses volunteering their time, vans and equipment to do something truly amazing for our #hospice and for our local community! We can't thank you all enough and a special thanks to our headline sponsors EET Fuels for their support and help with the collections. A big thank you also to the teams from - Edge Transport Ltd Brook Farm (Capenhurst) Regal Rentals CED Stone Group Speedy Freight Chester & Liverpool Innospec Inc. Royal Mail Rossendale Group Ltd MLH DEVELOPMENTS LTD. SP Energy Networks Hoole Food Market Ltd. Forward Builders' Supplies Ltd Duffield Removals ABSOLUTE TREE CARE LLP EA Technology Group

I have just spent the last four days collecting Christmas trees for much needed fundraising on behalf of Hospice of the Good Shepherd The hospice is literally over the road from my house and I see it every day, my son regularly takes part in fundraising events with his music and I feel privileged to be able to do my small bit to help where I can. The hospice is a very special place who looked after my Grandad many years ago so it means a lot to me personally. Over the last few days I have been part of a small team of volunteers who have collected nearly 4000 Christmas trees in just four days from all over our local area…needless to say I am shattered now but what an amazing thing this is to be involved with year on year, A thoroughly enjoyable and very rewarding few days…I roped in help from all the family, some young….some not so young! 😀 Huge thanks to my employer PXC who have allowed me to utilise some ‘give something back’ days which have been put to very good use 👍 I am looking forward to hearing what the final total raised was but somewhere in the region of £50000 which unbelievably only keeps the hospice running for just a few days, back to the day job now for a well deserved rest 😉😀
